Welcome to 321Vent, a platform where individuals can connect for supportive, judgment-free conversations. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 321Vent.com (“Site”), including any associated services, payment systems, and communication features.

By using 321Vent, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Nature of Service 321Vent provides a platform where users can pay for time-based, non-clinical conversations with compassionate listeners. We are not a therapy service, crisis line, or a substitute for professional mental health, legal, or medical advice.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using 321Vent, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment Terms

All sessions are prepaid through the 321Vent Wallet.
Larger deposits may include bonus credits (“321Dollars”) that are non-refundable.
Calls are billed per minute and may include minimum session lengths or add-on minutes.
No refunds are issued for time used or unused bonus credits.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use 321Vent:

To harass, threaten, or harm other users or call hosts
To seek or offer therapy, legal advice, or emergency services
To promote commercial products or services during sessions

6. Session Behavior We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user for violating our guidelines or disrupting the service. This includes abusive language, spam, or inappropriate content.

7. Session Recordings (When Applicable) On occasion, some 321Vent calls may be recorded solely for internal reference. This helps call hosts improve their support and maintain continuity for return users. Recordings are never shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond private note-taking.

If a session is being recorded, callers will hear a notice at the start and can choose whether to proceed. The message may say: “Hey there — to help me better support you next time, I may record this session for my private notes. Your voice won’t be shared with anyone. If you’re okay with that, just continue. If not, no problem — we’ll skip the recording.” By continuing with a recorded call, you consent to the recording.

8. Disclaimers 321Vent is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Conversations are not recorded unless disclosed.
We are not liable for emotional outcomes, decisions made during or after a session, or interactions outside of the platform.

9. Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

10. Modifications to the Service We may update or change features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance.
